Detailed intake, then two or three distinct itinerary options with honest tradeoffs. One structured revision round included.

Travel
We handle booking, final documents, and mid-trip coordination. One point of accountability from departure through return.

The initial consultation is complimentary. If we decide to move forward, planning fees fall into these tiers:
Hotel-only booking
$0
Preferred-partner amenities — upgrades, breakfast, credits — included. Hotel commission covers the service.
Standard planning
$350
Single country, 1–3 destinations. Research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and booking management.
Complex planning
$500+
Multi-country arcs, expeditions, and celebration travel — scoped to the trip’s complexity, duration, and logistics, and agreed before any work begins.
Fees cover research, design, and coordination — not hotels, flights, or experiences, which are priced separately and require your approval before booking. Planning fees reflect time already invested and are not refundable once work begins. Group supplement (6+ travelers) quoted on engagement. Supplier cancellation policies vary — we walk you through the relevant ones before you commit.
After You Book
You’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar invite, along with a brief welcome document. No prep work required — we review your details before the call.
